Andreia Pereira

Rhythmic gymnastics from age 4. About 15 years in, including national and international competition, plus ballet and contemporary. She teaches kids' ballet and rhythmic gymnastics now, focused on posture and body technique.

Ages 8 to 13. For younger children, kids' ballet starts at 3.

Comfortable clothes they can move freely in. We have changing rooms with showers.
